We offer the best rate in the area - 25% to 45% less than the others. Our rates are all inclusive, tax and cleaning fee included. A $200 security/damage deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The deposit will be returned to the guests (subject to damage or excessive cleaning fee) within 15 days after the departure date. The security/damage deposit will be handled in a prompt and fair fashion.

Full rental payment (not including the $200 deposit) is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is no penalty; cancellation less than 30 days subject to a $25 fee; less than 14 days subject to a $100 fee.
